• Comments: It's a good race in a great location, but they basically state the emphasis is participation rather than rules compliance which is a little bit of a pain.

• Comments: Fantastically well organised events - shame my race was so poor! Still, my first one in 3 years, and comes only 5 months after heart surgery, so I'm still pleased to have finished.
