• Comments: TMS is nice venue, fast competition as this was the SMW region championship, typical no frills Ironhead event. Would have been nice if packet pickup times hadn't changed from original notification. Would have been nice to have the waves announced rather then say they're posted over there.

• Comments: I HIT MY GOAL! All of the run was sub-9:00, and I beat my time goal. Bike was right where I thought it would be. I see where I can improve and think the adjustments can be made quickly. It's great to be back racing :). This was a great off-season race to see where I am.
