  • Comments: After IM LOU I would like to train for this race. I think I could pull a good time, may be 7's and be top ten in age group.

  • Comments: pretty solid run considering my back has been bothering me the past month, 5 visits to the chiropractor and then hernia surgery 3 weeks ago.
