Comments: I could have easilly...easilly been 3 minutes faster on the run, which would have put me 2nd AG and in the top 20 overall. BUt, knowing my fitness is there despite not much running lately is pretty encouraging.

Comments: Tri the parks always puts on a good race. I liked that fact they they called your name when you crossed the line.

Comments: They screwed up the results from the race, so they had to go through every single racer's results again. Awards started almost 2 hours late. Most didn't even stay, but I REALLY wanted that medal haha.
