  • Comments: I finished 404 out of 570 males. Had a great time. This was a test to see how much work I need to do before The Greenville Triathlon in August. I feel like I need to start some speed work in order to drop my pace. I would also like to begin to extend my distance by October to complete a 10K. This race came at the end of the 9 week Couch to 5K running plan.
