  • Comments: Thanks Craig for pushing me to train despite all that is going on. A huge thank you for your continued support and confidence in me. And a huge thank you to BT and the Donks for all your support and inspires as Craig goes through this challenging time. FYI Craig...I still hate that bullhorn! ;)

  • Comments: This race is a great flat course. Kinda boring on the trail, but fun to see everyone after the turnaround. Minimalist in approach...not a ton of water stops and post-race food was gone. Food gone = BOOOO. Water stations somewhat understandable given the course is on a small trail without a ton of options to drag a table around. They should figure out more though, or just suggest everyone bring a bottle/fuel belt.

  • Comments: You get a lot for your money in this race. For $25 (or $30) you get the half marathon, a T-shirt, and refreshments and beer at the finish line. And a massage. You can hide from the elements indoors before the race too. So it's not too bad at all. Shoot, most 5K's cost that much these days. The one thing that might bother lots of people is that there aren't many aid stations out there. If you need to eat and drink a lot, you'd better bring the fanny pack.

  • Comments: Most of the food was gone (5K ended long before I finished) so that kind of sucked. Decent race though and I loved the course. Can't say enough about the Donkey support. firstnet911 (and kids), sgoehner, Joe Runner all providing great jockstrap support and the racing Donkeys (cweninger, amyjotris, jmwebs and morey1) were great to hang with. Very fun morning for me!

  • Comments: There was a band playing with was cool but they ran out of food and water for all the people who finished behind the pack. I was able to get some food/water but I saw a lot come in looking for some post-race fuel.
