  • Comments: It really is a well run event and a challenging course. I am now looking forward to getting to next year and improving. Sometimes you have to have a tough race to make you appreciate the success you've had in the past. And also not to forget the effort you've put in..I've been racing for 5 years now and it's a lifestyle...I've cut back a bit from a year or two ago due to family and work commitments but I still enjoy the challenge. I'll keep at it...and if I feel like quitting I'll just read this again! (stay on it Phil!!)

  • Comments: CGI really puts on a good race. I also got a water bottle, T-shirt, finishers metal, age group metal, free meal, complimentary pasta meal at the hotel the night before! 1, 2, and 3rd place all got really nice big trophies! I did this race last year and will definately do it again!

  • Comments: This was a CGI event. Voulenteers were great. Especially gentleman at bike transition area, very loud and encouraging to everyone. Post race food could have been much better. Bread, cookies, red pizza, and bannans, water. Very organized, and great MC making sure everyone had their name and hometown called out, good job.

  • Comments: One of the cleanest lakes I've competed in. I've always loved the venue here. Barring any major injuries, would like to come back next year.
