  • Comments: Great race, but I didn't get a t-shirt because they ran out of everything but XL, and there was way too much traffic on the bike. Even with the intersections patrolled by traffic cops, I watched one guy almost get hit by a turning car and all the cop did was tell the cyclist he should've been closer to the middle of the road when he crossed. I thought the point was to stop traffic at the intersections... Anyway, great race overall and I had a lot of fun watching two of my friends do their first tri and beating the pants off of another friend, who coincidentally had beaten me in my first tri about a year ago. :-)
