• Comments: I think my performance is inversely related to how much I had been dreading the race the week before. I wasn't excited about this race beforehand. I'm not really looking forward to my Olympic in two weeks, so hopefully that means I'll do well!

• Comments: Great race - good crowd, Free BEER. Lots of encouragement. Plenty of Long Island accents. It definately felt like the pace where I grew up. The swim was the best part.... seems like I really dont have problems swimming and my swim is definately coming along. I need to get the same comfort / endurance / pace on the bike and run.
