  • Comments: This is a runners race! It is fast and flat. I took two gels, 16 endurolytes, and a bag of sports beans during the race. I mainly drank water.

  • Comments: Flat course...great course if you're fast. Not much post-race was going on. May have been due to the cold weather.

  • Comments: Had a great time, it was the right course for a first timer and will most likely do it again next year. My season is now complete a short break for Christmas and I'll ease back into next years training.

  • Comments: Small mishap with shuttle bus scheduling, but it did not affect me. Parking just an issue at the race venue. Perfect size event. Enough participants to have good race support but not a crowded course. Easy to get on pace after the start.
