• Comments: HFP did a bang-up job with this race (only a few minor exceptions). There are a few details that I would like to improve with my performance, but overall I'm pleased.

• Comments: Cons : yakking it up on the run (both literally and figuratively with respect to my chance at a PR) Pros : new swim PR , bike isnt too far away from last year despite diminished training , new fun story to tell
