  • Comments: This was my first race since my bike accident at the end of September. This was also the furthest I've ran since than as well. I can tell that I'm not 100% healed, but I didn't feel too bad and I'm slowly making progress. Hopefully when the New Year starts, I'll be able to go full throttle with my training. Until than, I'm going to take it easy.

  • Comments: Nice race, although hillier than I expected. Nice way to start Thanksgiving, this will be on my schedule for next year!
