Overall course based on my ability: Just right

Comments: This was my first marathon, and I felt the races was directed very well. Never had an issue with aid stations, or porta-potties. Plent for everyone. TONS of support from the residents and the volunteers. There were ~5,000 people racing (10k, Half, and Full) and there were 1,000 volunteers. Great Job everyone! I will see you next year!

Overall course based on my ability: Just right

Comments: This was just an awesome race in an awesome town. Everything was great and didn't have one complaint. The course is beautiful with lake views for 95% of the run and was "gently rolling" flat which kept all the leg muscles in use. Volunteers were great and the crowd support was surprisingly good. We were shocked at how beautiful this area of michigan was!
