  • Comments: I was so proud of Sydney. Since I got back involved in tris last year, she has been begging to do a triathlon. I thought that it was just because she wanted to make daddy proud. It may have been that and it surely did make me proud but she was so excited after the race that I can see that she sincerely wants to continue training and doing tris. We got home Sunday evening and Sydney was so pumped and excited that she could not go to sleep. She kept asking when is the next one. Folks, you better watch out. There's a new sherrif in tri-town and her name is Sydney. 7 years old and already done a tri and looking for her next one. Daddy is surely proud. (Now I am going to HAVE to get serious in my training to be able to keep up with her)! :)
