• Comments: Lots of volunteers and great aid stations - though I heard the gatorade was watered down. I was disappointed in the lack of excitement from the bystanders. I know its boring/hard to cheer for long but this was the least energetic race I have been too.

• Comments: Had a good time running the race, it was hard but very rewarding to run 13.1 miles after less than 7 months of training. I am thinking about doing the triple crown events next year, I like this distance & the training involved.

• Comments: I wasn't as fast as I had hoped, but it was still a great day. I spent some time before the race admiring the view from the top of Pt Loma (overlooks San Diego harbor). I had some prayer time and just thanked God for my being able to be out there. It has been a difficult year, and was the 1st race since my surgery in June (bladder cancer). All in all, it was a very good day.
