  • Comments: This Triathlon is part of the AMERIPRISE FINANCIAL SOUTH FLORIDA TRIATHLON SERIES..and at the same time a Bonus Race for the Trilogy Series...The Trilogy #4...cuz...the demand for the Trilogy Races...the Organizators decided add this one...in that way give chance to people to qualify/more competition for the Trilogy Series Points Championship (you need 3 ones to qualify) and making the series the best 3 out of 4...that means for many of us that already raced the first 3 ones...we drop our worst race...and...we got Bonus Points....Yes!!! Off Course!!! I droped my worst race (The Trilogy #1) After the Award Ceremony.... We had "The Trilogy Series Award Ceremony" too...and...catered by Moe's Southwest Grill...Yummmmmmy!!!! Plain food and beverages...We spent a good time with our friends...

  • Comments: Fun times at this sprint... I hadn't done a sprint in ages... It was super cool to race with ALL my friends and see them spank it- including Keeks who raced today for the first time in ages.... Fun Fun Fun...
