  • Overall course based on my ability: Just right

  • Comments: Nice low key race with a big Colonial turnout. It's sort of our practice run for our showdown next month at LRAH against Blue Cross and Westinghouse. We're looking good. Besides me, there is Finn who finished 2nd with a sub 6 pace, Steven who finshed 6th with a 6:19 pace (btw both of these guys are in my AG) and Kelly Foster who finished 23 with a 7:17 pace.
