  • Comments: I do love the course. Just wish they could sort out a better swim venue as I really don't like the wave starts. It could be ok if you started early but starting second to last meant an endless stream of people to catch all day.

  • Comments: Vineman is a great race all around. I came within 1 minute of my predicted time overall. This is my last race as a 45-49 AG'er. MY overall HR for this race was 160 BPM's. This was a hard effort based on that.

  • Comments: This event was incredible. The support and volunteers were great. People were hot on the run, but I've been training in Tucson so I didn't suffer all that much because of the heat. It was a great experience.
