  • Comments: This is a nice pre-season tune up. If this was baseball, this would be spring training. The run course is not easy, and makes for a nice challenge. Plenty of opportunities to get the heart rate up there. Emory university Cycling and Tri team does a nice job with this. Loved the shirt. It's actually wearable. My guess is that a female picked it out and designed it. Minimal, and great color.

  • Comments: The race was really fun. I enjoyed the zig-zagging down the pool. I loved the trail run! The run course seemed a touch long according to Garmin, and it took a long time to compile the results. Other than that, it was a fun course and a great way for me to test out my multisport status this year.
