• Comments: This is easily one of the best sprint races in the area. The post race food is awesome. Great atmosphere. Great post race messages. I do think they went a little cheaper this year on the age group award plaques because usually they put a name plate on them that has the age group and date and this year it just says 'first place', but I'm definitely not complaining. I'm just happy to have won one! Just thought I'd make a note of it. They went a little more expensive on the shirts if that makes up for it! Very cool technical tee. I'll definitely use it during training!

• Comments: Another good race put on by this group. Challenging course, but fun and fair. Registration was a little congested as was the pool swim, but not sure what you can do about that.
