  • Comments: I say yes for plenty of drink stations...there were for the run; however, I thought there were supposed to be some during the bike. Not an issue, less than one bottle of water was used during the bike leg. This is a very well organized race, no confusion, excellent course (bike was fast and fun), I'd recommend this to anyone. Unfortunately, I don't have much opportunity to practice open ocean swimming otherwise I think I'd love that portion as well.

  • Comments: Thank you volunteers! Great job keeping us well-directed on the bike course and the run! 1st in the swim (AG) 8th out of 142 (AG) 28th out of 1218 (Overall) Qualified for Naitonals again. All after being sick. No Complaints.

  • Comments: This is a crowded race for such a short course. Between the classic and oly distances, there were 3000 athletes. Post-race food was nowhere to be found afterwards. :-(

  • Comments: Very well organized for a huge race. The event start was fun with the lead singer from the band Survivor singing the national anthem and then their signature song, "Eye of the Tiger". The expo the day before was fun. My only suggestion would be to uncrowd the finish area some by stretching it out and having officials move the finishers along more and I would have a large tent in the middle solely to provide shade for the athletes to watch the awards, etc.

  • Comments: great race as usually, just wasn't anything good to drink this year. unfortunate. but other then that it was good.
