  • Overall course based on my ability: Just right

  • Comments: Definately need mile markers on the run portion of the race. Also, lack of garbage cans. Good amount of volunteers and port-a-johns. Educate route volunteers on the course so they can tell people where they were in the scheme of things. Great post race party. Chicken satee and egg rolls, ice cream, beer, water, bagels and fruit. Music playing pre and post race. Face painting and bouncy room for kids. Overall a challenging race but good.
