  • Comments: Better then last year. Sweet. This race felt good. I wasn't gunning for Heather is and will be a good runner. She needs a little coaching to bring things together. She likes to run fast but needs to get a better base. She was a little disappointed in today's run. I am sure it won't be long before she is kicking the crap out of this old guy. Now off to run 16 miles. I really already did that and feel it.
