• Overall course based on my ability: Just right


• Comments: I liked the swim course, was easy to follow and becuase it was in the back bay the ways were minimal especially since the ocean side of the island was red flag conditions. The bike course was good, well marked, cops were stopping cars at intersections giving racers the right of way. I didn't like the run course becuase it was around the back of the airport runway with no shade. There were sections of grass some gravel, and even pavement, but we well marked. After party was not the worse I have been to. Racers were given on hotdog and two free beers. Bananas were cut in half covered with plastic and had a bunch of flies buzzing around. some pasties and drinks around. Good looking race medal.
