Comments: The food this year wasn't as good as usual and the weather was kinda blah but overall this race is one of my favorites and will keep coming back for more. Marmadaddy and jamjam put on a great pre race dinner!! One of the highlights of the weekend.

Comments: I thought this was a well-organized race. I think the post race food and drinks could have been a little better, though. As for myself, I loved doing this distance. Even though officially I was 4th in my AG, I got 3rd because the person who won my AG came in 3rd overall. Even still, I was solid MOP, which is an accomplishment for me. I felt great the whole time and had so much fun!!

Comments: I love this race. It was my A race this year and was my first Oly 2 years ago so I have big attachment, especially as it is local. I didn't like the food this year. Not much variety and a lot of cold fish and chicken hanging around. The yummy sandwiches, cookies etc in previous years were much better.

Comments: Never raced this course before, so I won't log this as a PR, but this was BY FAR my best effort at this distance and probably my smartest race ever. If you look at my splits, there's no single leg that appears to be outstanding, but all three were respectable, and I had enough at the end to run the way I always felt I could. Very nice way to end the season, and I'm looking forward to seeing if I can pick up next year where I left off. Nice to get through the season with no injuries, and I'm already looking forward to racing in 2009. In the words of WaterDog , "Train well, peeps."

Comments: After reading through this it may sound like I had a negative experience in this race. I am not overly pleased with my results, but I did have a great time. And it is always fun to hang out with some great people, which this race seems to attract! The people that put this race on have done a nice job with this race. Even adding the extra participants this year didn't affect there ability to put together a great race on time!

Comments: A large but well run race. Food at the end was ok. Many volunteers and aid stations. The run course was very spectator friendly with the two loops and course set-up.
