• Comments: I gave the best perfomance I could with my current fitness. Swim was slower than I expected but so was everyone elses. Bike was ok. Run was bloody hard and I didn't enjoy it one bit. Last years run course was probably easier.

• Comments: Pleased with my performance as this was my first OLY and my aim was to finish in under 3 hours. This race is meant to be the most testing OLY in the east of England due to the xcountry run so I was pleased to beat my expectation.
