  • Comments: Love Tri Freaks! They are just super, super people!!! hope to do another of their races at the end of July. We shall see.

  • Comments: For my first tri, this couldn't have been any better. If you live in the Seattle area make this your first event. The distances are perfect for a begginner, you can practice your transitions, the bike allows you to keep an even pace and the run is flat. If your getting back into the swing after a couple of months of training, this is a great one to knock the rust off.
