  • Comments: It's all about fun. :) I can't help but be happy about this performance this early in the season. I have weight to lose (10 lbs at least) and haven't been doing a ton of distance longer than 4 miles.

  • Comments: The 'big' objective was to get a base time and try finishing below 30 minutes. Mission Accomplished!
