  • Comments: I don't look at my AG rank because I'm often the only one. I like to see how I rank among all women, which was 89th of 150. I shoot for 50th percentile, and in this one was 41st %ile. I'd kind of hoped to break 60min and didn't quite; but the pace beyond which I'd feel really bad was 10:00/min, and I bested that considerably.

  • Comments: This was my first race since my injury six months ago. I was cautious, but realistic as well and didn't set a high goal. Funny thing is, I wanted to come in in 50 minutes, and I finished in 49:58. I guess that's one good thing about getting older--you really know what your body is capable of.
