  • Comments: great to race tradewinds again...it's a fast course and a good indication of my overall ability. I took over 3 minutes off my last time there which is great...next race I'm shooting for 56 minutes

  • Comments: Good race. Happy with 1st in Division (came in 3rd last time), but thinking of doing AG next time for earlier wave start. That might help with the heat on the run and bike motivation to go faster...

  • Comments: This was my 4th tri in my 9 month career and I beat my last performance at this course by 15 minutes. Making progress.
