  • Comments: This was a well organized event. But a bit of a weird one. Because it was a pool swim, they did waves of 12. Which means that waves were going off basically from 7:15 to 12:30. So as I was packing up and leaving, new people were parking and getting ready to go set up their transition area. Surprisingly stiff competition for such a small local race. The winners put up some pretty impressive times. The cool part is I won the Clydesdale division (a first for me). The not as cool part was that they gave free entries to all the AG winners, but excluded Clydesdale/Athena. What the heck is up with that?

  • Comments: This is an awesome event! It's definitely a must for first-timers and great as a pre-Tri season warm-up to get focused. I look forward to doing this event every year.
