  • Comments: The course was very similar to the first race of the season and my bike & run were definetly better - though the weather may have been a part of that... Last race of the 4 I did this year. Happy with performance and my improvement. A very short season (Last race was 6 weeks after the first race). Looking forward to improvements this offseason and being able to compare my results in the same races year to year.

  • Comments: This is a great course, easily my favorite of the tris in Ontario. It was a great race to end the season- it's going to make for a long winter and spring until the next race.
