  • Comments: Here is the thing. The race was laid out in a way that provided maximum support for the half marathon that ran simultaneously. After mile 14, the spectators were not to be seen until maybe mile 20 or so. The drink stations were there and manned with an enthusiasm, but running through the toughest stretch of the race without any support was a bit of a downer.

  • Comments: This is the first year doing this race and I have to say, for being a smallish race, the organization was absolutely first rate. I would recommend this race to anyone and surely will be back next year and may do another double with Long Beach as the Warmup.

  • Comments: Very nice race well organized . 1st class . Lots of friendly volunteers. will update the numbers when they get posted on The website. I volunteered at the race sign ups saturday. I enjoy the event and so I did a little of the work needed to make it a success.

  • Comments: Great race , pretty course with lots of volunteer to help , There was water and gatorade at every mile from 3 onwards.

  • Comments: Only one drink station on the 5K course and no mile markers at all. The one drink station did not seem to be manned very well as there were no drinks ready when I passed while last weeks race had ample drinks available when the runners came by.
