  • Comments: Its an easy flat course and its a great benchmark to see how winter training has gone and help to set up pacing and uncomplicated run throughs for the rest of the season.

  • Comments: Fast, flat course. Liable to be a bit windy but generally good PB potential. Good organisation and it's nice to be pampered with some proper toilets and changing facilities for a change! Who on earth manufactures those t-shirts though and what shape are you supposed to be to fit them?
