Comments: This is the longest running Half Iron Distance in the area and incredibly well run and organized. There were times on the bike were cars and trucks let us know they were not happy we were on the roads but that was the only negative and nothing the race organizers could control.

Comments: for a local 70.3 that's not wtc branded, they did a good job. run was insanely well supported. i think had i been properly trained, i could have been dangerous on this course. until the last bit of the bike when i ran out of gas, i had a pr in me.

Comments: Didn't like the hairpin turn on the swim, to easy to get off course and get mixed up. The 1st bike road was horrible, didn't like the rolling hills on the run but they were not horribly steep hills. Could do it better if I had trained any on hills this year.
