Comments: This was my first race so I don't know how it's supposed to work. It was organised ok, but there were no signs up for changing or anything, and at the start in the transition area everyone was just walking around asking eachother what was supposed to be happening. I think my swim was about 10 minutes late because the race briefing was delayed. There were no activities after the race. I asked one of the officials at the finish line what would happen with the times and positions and she couldn't tell me. She tried phoning some other bloke but couldn't get through. In the end she just said they would be on the internet that night.
