  • Comments: Good 'larger' race but not in the same level as Dallas Marathon or Rock'n'Roll (or even Hot Chocolate) runs but much bigger than a local race. Nice medals and good post-race food/entertainment.

  • Comments: IMPRESSED WITH STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS. THE WEATHER WAS CRAZY AND MANY PLACES ON THE COURSE FLOODED. THEY DID A GREAT JOB IMPROVISING AND TRANSITIONING THROUGH THE CHALLENGES.

  • Comments: Start delayed 1 hour for passing thunderstorm. First time doing a 1/2 marathon so it's hard to rate. Overall, it was a good race. Weather was cool which helped. Not a good idea to have run eight miles just two days before but I wanted to get a better feel for pace, hydration and nutrition routine.
