Overall course based on my ability:

Comments: Humid (100% humidity with dense fog for the 1st hour) and warmer than I like. Seems odd for me to be happy with a race 23 minutes slower than my PR, but considering only 10 months ago I was receiving round 6/6 of chemotherapy for lymphoma, I'm elated to be back running again.
