  • Comments: Not a lot of directions before the race began. Turns out the 10 mile course was out and back. You had a race director in a truck screaming as the leaders made the turn and all of the slower runners were coming from the opposite direction. For the 25th year of the race I thought there could have been much more communication at the beginning. The 2nd water stop on the 10 mile course was just coolers of water and no one filling up cups. You had to stop and fill your own cup up. The rest of the water stations were staffed. Could have been confusion with volunteers or lack of direction from race organizer.
