Comments: Very pleased with this race. Beat 2013 time by 20min; met or beat goals for all 3 stages (swim goal: 1:45/100, actual: 1:37, bike goal: 21mph, actual: 21mph, run goal: 7:30min/mile, actual: 7:29/mile). Very encouraged that my work on bike and run was shown in my results. Also, the fact that I decreased my pre-race nutrition to my normal amounts likely helped ward off the fullness and cramping from 2013.
