  • Overall course based on my ability: Just right

  • Comments: Very disappointed in run performance. Affected by heat, but couldn't "race" the run. Very happy with swim - bike ok but dropped chain (only lost small time) but sprinted at end to catch up lost places - not a good plan for getting off bike and running.
