  • Comments: The RD works very hard to make this an organized, safe, well-run race and he succeeds.

  • Comments: Well-organized, plenty of pre-race communications, nice swag, but the extra long course wasn't a plus in my book for my first big OWS event.

  • Comments: Laid back but well run event. Very organized. Nice park and lake. Lots of food & prizes. They did the results the old fashioned way (no chips -- pen & paper). Not a big deal for me although I wish I'd have looked at the clock when I came out of the water instead of several minutes later! Where else can you hula-hoop for door prizes?? And the women that did almost 200 push-ups for theirs!!! Very much fun. Will do this again as my schedule allows. Will also consider the Steelman Tri because this was so nice. GOOD JOB!!!

  • Comments: It was a great race, very organized, good post race festivities. The only problem was that it took over a week to get the official times.
