  • Comments: Few volunteers - I suppose because it was cold and rainy. The turnaround cone on the run course had no course marshal - the runners coming back told me that they thought it was probably the cone. Based on the distance I ran, that seems right. I don't really blame the race organizers for that; it was probably a struggle to get enough volunteers on a morning like that.

  • Comments: As this was my first tri I don't have much to compare to but from what I've seen and heard from other sprints and compared to a local 5k with the same participation it is what I expected.
