  • Comments: Always do this 5k race in honor of mom...since it's for the Leukemia/Lymphoma society...interesting that it falls in the month of June, since we lost her June 28th. Always seems to fall during my PMS week too, which makes me a little more on the emotional side too. Felt good tonight...except for the stomach uneasiness...like having races where I not only feel like I am strong, but I am actually able to "compete." I was 10th in my age group out of 59, so top 10....I'll take it...hope to just keep improving on that!
