Comments: This race is part of an amazing weekend with my 2 and only full time friends. Really hope it becomes a tradition as this is the 2nd year trudy and I have done it together and it was Kwaz's triathlon debut. We mixed in some golf on the drive up friday, hung out sat at the cabin after the race and just had a great time together. Excited to see how well trudy has been doing in the sport even with limited training and I expect kwaz will springboard from this and become a very solid triathlete. It was also my wife's rookie tri performance and she did great, so there was a lot to be happy with. Also had 4 other people I knew doing this race with made it that much more fun knowing so many people on the course. Personally, this was a fantastic race for me, yes I beat kwaz and will always remember it but more importantly I was 19lbs lighter than last year and 20 mins faster. I have made training more of a priority this year and its clearly had an impact. Not to mention I have introduced
