  • Comments: This is the kick-off for the ING Miami marathon weekend. Many marathon participants use this 5k as a warm-up day before the marathon. It's great to see them, talk to them, mill around with them and feel their excitement! Slow chubby people like me need that sort of inspiration! This was a week before I injured my foot.
