  • Overall course based on my ability: Just right

  • Comments: Solid small town race. Lots of folks from gazelles to grandmas on the course. Unique feel to race with it being at the grandstand of the race which allows for spectators to sit and watch everyone run around the track. In fact, a horse was out on the course to act as the pacer. While I wish the grass was shorter, that made this a different challenge to your average 5k race. All in all, I'd say this is a fun but challenging race in which you won't PR but is different enough to merit a try.
