Overall course based on my ability: Too hard

Comments: Changed from triathon to duathlon. Only completed the 1st 5k and bike, knew I wouldn't be able to do another 5k after the bike due to ITB pain. No PA system, couldn't hear announcements. Posted race changes on FB which I wasn't following - didn't see anything on the race website. Initial results didn't include DNF but I emailed and asked...race results were updated.

Comments: Needed more volunteers, the 30 degree temps kept a lot of people home i'm sure. Some confusion about the course (didn't know where to go) volunteers weren't loud enough when shouting directions.

Comments: I didn't like the transitions being added into the swim and run (I don't time myself with a watch). Didn't seem like a lot of volunteers, I overheard that some people got lost on the bike. It is a small race and I'd say it was worth the price ($70).

Comments: poor AG awards. No timing chip. regular cotton tee. Otherwise it was ok.
