  • Overall course based on my ability: Too easy

  • Comments: I can't complain about this race. My goal was 1:20:00 and I beat it by over a minute. On top of that this is the first of the three I competed in where the run was actually 5k instead of 3-4k. With the Tokyo Marathon coming up in five months my running will have to come up for next season; now it will be a matter of making sure my swimming keeps improving and I start pushing the bike.
