  • Comments: You'd think that since the Webster Turkey Trot was founded 33 years ago, it would be more highly evolved. With the number of runners, they really need to be more organized, such as having signs to tell you where to go register, where the start line is, etc. They are treating it like a tiny community race, but it's grown too big for that. It's not safe, either. The roads were left open to traffic, there were cars riding through the start line a couple minutes before we were to take off, and we were running across roads with traffic coming and no volunteers or police there to direct it.

  • Comments: I guess because of the chill and shortness of the race they did not have a water stop set up. We did start a couple minutes late but I think that is because they were trying to accomodate all the last minute registrants. The final stats show that I was dead last again but I passed at least two people.
